Project Description

A LEED Gold Mixed-Use $300 million program consisting of 2,676 beds of student housing facility ("Poly Canyon Village"), retail village, student life services and recreation facilities, new infrastructure for 35 acre development, two 950 car structured parking facilities, and relocated College of Agriculture facilities. Awards include:

• 2011 "Best Practice" for Overall Sustainable Design (Green Building Research Center, University of California, Berkeley),
• 2011 Innovator Award - Best New On Campus Development (Student Housing Business),
• 2011 Outstanding Design - Post Secondary (American School & University), and
• 2010 Award of Excellence - Public Sector Buildings over $15 million (Design Build Institute of America - Western Pacific Region)
