Project Description
Brookwood's role as Program Manager is to manage the design process to the point of obtaining an executed GMP from the Construction Manager and 100% Completion of the Construction Documents by the Designer. The process was running on schedule when the legislature changed the amount of construction funding to be appropriated for the project to approximately 50% of the original budget. Brookwood created a revised schedule that is allowing the Owner, the Designer and the Construction Manager to redesign both the project's time and cost into two phases, the first of which will provide the more urgently needed components of the program.
