Project Description
Ghirardelli Square is a 100,000 square foot brick-clad iconic landmark overlooking San Francisco Bay. The lifestyle and entertainment-oriented retail and restaurant complex is comprised of 12 buildings encompassing an entire city block. Some of the original buildings date back to the late 1800’s. Brookwood assisted Jamestown during the due diligence and acquisition phase.
