Project Description
Adaptive re-use of an existing corporate headquarters building into new state-of-the-art high school. This project involved major demolition, renovation and construction of a school facility by converting an existing 11-story building. Site work included demolition of portions of the existing surface parking to construct the new athletic fields including a new football field with artificial sports turf, a baseball field, softball field, a multi-purpose field, practice fields and tennis courts.
