Bill is a Senior Program Manager with Brookwood|Johnson and Johnson Construction Services. He has extensive experiences covering a broad spectrum of projects and programs from site development, K12, higher education, hospital, high-rise office towers, hotels, mixed use developments and multi-family housing.
Bill has significant expertise from project conception to turnover. Some of those experiences are project management, cost estimating, superintendent, quality control and assurance manager, cost control and scheduling. Bill has established and implemented systems to verify documents conformance of material and equipment with special inspection and material testing companies, coordinated design consultants and contractors/construction managers.
