Christina Burke is a former Brookwood Group employee and a continuing occasional consultant to Brookwood. She has 22 years of professional experience encompassing all phases of project development, ranging from site acquisition / due diligence, through feasibility design, permitting, and construction phases, to post occupancy management of development issues. She was employed with Brookwood from 2010 through 2012 and has served as an occasional consultant to Brookwood since that time.

Before joining Brookwood, Christina was a Project Manager with Myers Development Company in San Francisco where she worked with Shepherd Heery in the development of several major Bay Area projects including: The Peninsula Mandalay, South San Francisco ($70MM, 112-unit 18-story residential); 80 Natoma, San Francisco ($200MM, 423-unit 50-story residential tower, that was stopped due to a complex eminent domain proceeding); and Centennial Towers, South San Francisco ($350MM, 665,000 sf in two towers, the first of which is constructed). She has extensive management and administrative experience in the site acquisition, due diligence and pre-development phases of major commercial and multi-family residential projects. She also has supported senior management in preparing and analyzing development and construction budget proformas.

She has maintained cooperative working relationships with design consultants, contractors, vendors, financial partners and other industry professionals. Christina also has post-occupancy management experience, handling client and customer service requests, including operations and construction issues and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as homeowners, contractors, vendors and government agencies. At Myers Development Company, Christina was responsible for day-to-day project management activities for execution of development projects including coordinating design and construction, budgeting, scheduling and managing project delivery processes. She managed day-to-day activities with government agencies regarding permitting, planning and ensure proper execution of agreements and conditions to advance project delivery. Christina has broad knowledge of current design and construction procurement contracting strategies. She has assisted senior management in analyzing budgets, schedules and contracts; review change orders and analyze cost impacts affecting results on financial returns.

Christina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from California State University, Chico. She is a LEED Accredited Professional, having attained her LEED AP designation in June 2009.
