Roger Volk


Roger Volk is a Brookwood shareholder and an advisor to the firm. He is based in Nipomo, California, and has more than 23 years of professional construction and program management experience. Roger served as Brookwood’s Project Engineer and Close-out Project Manager on the $299 million Poly Canyon Village student housing project at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, California. His construction background includes nearly 5 years of experience as a general contractor, co-owning his own construction company specializing in both custom residential and commercial projects.

Roger worked for nearly 5 years in the nuclear construction industry performing construction management, quality control, and superintendent duties for the Howard P. Foley Company, the prime electrical contractor on the PG&E owned Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant in Avila Beach, California.

For more than 22 years, he was President and CEO of Teatronics Incorporated, a company that specialized in the design and manufacture of microprocessor controlled, electrical power distribution systems, typically used in entertainment and architectural applications. Through Teatronics Incorporated, Roger was able to creatively contribute to the design of custom power control systems for such organizations as Disney, Opryland and Universal Studios, and through electrical contractors worldwide to a large variety schools, halls, casinos and hotels.

Roger has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California.
