Hans Hansson is a co-founding principal of Brookwood|Starboard. He is the Senior Principal of Starboard Commercial Real Estate and also serves as Senior Vice President, Brokerage, of Brookwood Group, Inc.
Hans believes in the strength of independence, the innovative use of technology, and the need to provide excellent service to clients. Active in real estate for more than 35 years serving as a real estate broker while running Starboard Commercial Real Estate, he provides clients with broad experience and expertise.
He understands the workings of a business while also constantly studying the market place to ensure that he properly advises clients on the best opportunities available.
Hans blends innovative marketing techniques and steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction. His vision of offering clients superior, state-of-the-art service as well as extremely personal attention has earned him the reputation as one of the most respected figures in commercial real estate.
At the 2004 TCN Worldwide Principals Conference in Chicago, Hans was elected to the TCN Board of Directors. The TCN Worldwide Services team is recognized as the 8th largest commercial real estate organization in the world; serving commercial real estate clients in more than 210 markets worldwide. Hans previously served as TCN’s Western Regional Vice President.
Hans and his colleagues specialize in helping small to midsize businesses find ideal buildings or office space they need to succeed in the ever-changing San Francisco market.
Hans is a native and lifelong resident of San Francisco.
